“My year at Endeavour has helped me grow as a developer offering a wide range of ideal skills and professionalism that I can use in my career moving forward. The company is just small enough that you will end up chatting with everyone eventually and everyone here is a pleasure to work with. My manager Blaithin offers constant support with technical issues, learning materials and guidance.

Every month Blaithin will have a private talk over coffee about personal goals including learning, guidance or even life goals as part of Endeavour’s Mentoring Programme. Blaithin has helped me with a lot during these sessions, providing new work to explore different avenues of jobs at Endeavour as well as helping me plan and prepare for Microsoft exams. I would love to return to Endeavour after my studies and I will be staying connected with my colleagues throughout my final year at university.”

“I joined Endeavour as an Apprentice on the Managed Service team in August of 2021. Since then, my skills have grown to a level beyond what I expected. Personally, I believe this is due to the positive work environment where we are encouraged to challenge ourselves and ask questions as much as possible.
